• Discipleship Pathway: The team is working on a four point process to strengthen our discipleship for guests and new / long time members. The objective is to present their entire plan at the February 2018 Church Council Meeting.
• Communication: The team attended a workshop facilitated by the district VCI organization and are developing a comprehensive communication plan that will include internal and external communications.
• Leadership development: This is divided into two areas - staff and laity. The team is working on events / programs to promote staff team building and have recently completed one event. The team is also working on a process to identify, equip, encourage and employ laity into leadership roles. The objective is to have a plan in place by early 2018.
